RO Mitra provides water purifier-related services including:
RO Installation
RO Repair
Filter Change
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Water Quality Testing and related services
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information while booking a service
Ensure availability at the booked time slot
Maintain respectful communication with our staff and technicians
Make timely payments for any services availed (if applicable)
3. Booking and Cancellations
Bookings can be made via website, app, or WhatsApp.
You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
In case of no-show without prior notice, future bookings may be limited.
4. Payments
Some services may be chargeable. Prices will be clearly communicated in advance.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other supported methods.
RO Mitra reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
5. Service Warranty
Certain services or parts may carry a warranty as discussed during service.
Warranty coverage will be void if damage is due to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized service.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we ensure quality service through trained professionals, RO Mitra is not liable for:
Any indirect or accidental damages
Loss or damage due to misuse of equipment
Delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)
7. Technician Identification
For your safety, our technicians will:
Wear RO Mitra-branded T-shirts and caps
Carry proper ID cards with Technician Code and Mobile Number

All logos, brand names, text, graphics, and images are the property of RO Mitra and may not be reused without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
